If you are talking about this:
http://mindtreats.wordpress.com/Then you don’t need to store widgets on your computer at all. You shouldn’t be downloading ANYTHING to add to that blog. Widget code is just a little bit of HTML code you put in a text widget. You don’t download anything at all.

http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/Downloading and uploading is generally for WordPress.ORG blogs, not WordPress.COM blogs.

If you are talking about the blog linked to your name then the only widgets you can use are the ones under Dashboard >> Appearance >> Widgets
You are not allowed to upload or use other Widgets for security reasons.

You can store all your documents and photos on your dashboard at MEDIA > Add New. Please check our the guide at http://en.support.wordpress.com/media/media-add-new/
Thanks.

Hi. If you are referring to WordPress plugins you downloaded on the Internet, no, you cannot upload them to a WordPress.COM blog:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/If that doesn’t answer your question, please be clear about what you downloaded (in other words, please provide the names of the “gadgets”).
