Newbie – how do I fix my page??

I have a problem with my newly made page. I think it’s with a widget, though to be honest, I don’t know if I understand what a widget is.
If you go to shaunaspecht.com (see link at the end of this post…I’ve had strange results trying to add links to the middle of text) it will redirect you to my wordpress page. If you scroll all the way to the bottom, you will see “Tail of a Comet” and “iTunes”. There were the result of me experimenting during the setup page to figure out how to either link or upload my original songs. The steps where I added these were confusing to me…I didn’t understand what they were asking for, so I put these to see what would happen….if they would lead me to further steps to finish the process. The result was simply that I have these words at the bottom of my page that do nothing, connect to nothing, and will mean nothing to people visiting my page.
Please advise me how to get rid of these words. I’ve been all over my profile, settings, etc trying to figure out how I go about editing this and have found nothing. First and foremost, I just want the words to go away.
Secondly, if anyone can explain what I was supposed to be doing/inputting on these steps, that would be great. Whatever the heading was I was adding them under (I don’t remember), it had lead me to believe I could somehow either upload or link my music. If anyone has any information on how I can do this, that would be great.

THat’s a music player widget. Remove it on the dashboard Widgets page under Appearance.
For audio options, go to the Support documents and type in “Audio.” There are a lot of options. http://support.wordpress.com/

Ha! I found it! Disregard! Now it even takes me to where I can upload. songs. Funny I never saw that come up the first time.
