Newbie needs help on creating a submitable membership form

Tried searching in the FAQ’s so not sure if this is doable here or not. Wanting to create a curling membership form that will automatically email me after the person hits the submit button. Doable here?

No. You can probably link to an offsite form or you can use the contact form but that’s about it.

You can do a page that includes all the questions you want answered, tell people to copy/paste them into the Contact Form box and answer them, and that will be emailed to you. It will have more errors overall than a standard form but as vivian points out, you can’t use a form here other than the contact form. Instructions for that are here:
