Newbie question: how to only show titles of blog articles?

    I’m new to WordPress. I hope to create a blog. I would like to use labels/tags to categorise my articles. Each time a reader clicks on a label/tag, I hope all the articles being labelled with that tag could show up. More precisely, I only hope the titles could show up in order to save space. Of course the titles will be the links to the respective articles.
    To achieve this, must I write codes myself? Or is there a template I could use? Thanks!
