  I’d like to upload a WP Theme that I purchased outside of WP but I now see that it’s an official theme. What level package do I need to order and how would I upload this theme: https://wordpress.com/theme/mh-magazine/setup/rtsleepworld.wordpress.com.

  You aren’t able to upload custom themes on WordPress.com
