Newbie to Blogging Q: Verticale slider image in sidebar for Adelle Theme

  Hello! I am featured as a Tour Host for a book and I have an image (jpg) where I’m on. Instead of just having a picture in my sidebar (I found how to do that) I’d like that picture to scroll slowly upwards in a continuous loop. I’ve seen it in another blog and love that. Can it be done? I see tutorials for plugins but I don’t even see the term plugin in my dashboard.
