Newbie to WP – Table of Contents / Menus / Other questions

    Hello Folks, I’m new to WordPress (Day 3), have some basic questions (kind of going in circles a little bit right now). I’m currently on free plan to get started, happy to move to a €4 or €8 plan a month, but first I need to figure out a few things. I’ve created my site and now need to improve some functionality.

    1. Want to create a ‘Table of Contents’ but the ‘Plugins’ seem to require a Business Plan at €40 per month, which is extremely expensive for life, considering it is a non-business, non-profit website capturing a moment in time between 1989-1997, no blog, no social media, just an email contact (me) and I’m only going to create 2 websites in total. Can you advise what to do?

    2. If TOC is not a runner in a ‘Personal’ or ‘Premium’ plan, is it possible to create a MENU of the Headings (H2 & H3) on the TOP or LEFT SIDE?

    I have other questions, but would ideally like to get answer to this.
