Newbie trying to get started – problems with initial theme

I looke at 2 or 3 themes and something seems to be ‘stuck’ for the lack of a better term. First couple of themes loaded ,looked like the one in the theme selector. But I loaded one called https://wordpress.com/theme/radcliffe-2 and every time I try to use a new theme since then references to this radcliffe are in the new theme. Plus I’m not seeing any placeholder pictures and menus like is shown in the theme selector. Should I just delete the whole mess and start over? I have not included any content so it’s no big loss. If so – How do I start over? Thanks in advance.

Here is the theme setup information for both the themes-
Radcliffe 2 – https://wordpress.com/theme/radcliffe-2

Where do you see references to Radcliffe on your website? It looks ok to me.

Please follow the theme setup documents as mentioned above to set up the themes as in the demo.We can setup Custom Menus by following this support document-

I don’t think there is any need to start over as you don’t have any content. Just try to set up the theme as mentioned in the theme info document and let us know if you face any issues.
