  Hi everyone,

  I’m looking for some answers about ecommerce theme in wordpress, is there any? I mean one that I can find in my theme dashboard and not via google (cos I’m not sure how it works then). Is it only available in premium theme and if so, can anyone suggest a minimalist clean theme that is not too pricy? I appreciate any advice you can give me. Thank you

  Howdy!

  WordPress.com does not support a shopping cart system; for that, you’d need to create a self-hosted WordPress.org site, and acquire a shopping cart plugin of some kind. You can read about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org here:

  You can also create a link to an external shop (like Etsy) from your WordPress.com blog using a custom menu:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/#adding-custom-links

  Thank you!! I’ve been reading something about it and hoping somehow wordpress can be ‘cart’ by now but will surely think about adding that custom links as another option.
