Newbie – Wont Allow me to publish anything

  Hi there, Im new to the world of word press and i have an issue that i cant resolve and its really annoying me. Well it wont let me publish anything using my work laptop.. keep getting an error message saying something along the lines of ‘wordpress cant publish this message at this time’. Its strange because i can post using my mobile phone.

  If it helps.. there is also a red cross through the ‘http’ part of the address on the address bar… does this have anything t do with it?

  Any help would be much appreciated.
