You have two separate email address settings at WordPress.com.
Blog notifications for the admin (like comment moderation, Likes, new subscriptions, etc) are sent to the email address at Settings -> General in the Dashboard.
Personal notifications (like comments on your post, subscription emails, and upgrade renewals) are sent to the email address at Users -> Personal Settings in the Dashboard.

Thank you. It actually is changed in the settings, but in the address bar in my browser, it’s not changed. strange. IF there are no other options, i’ll contact the support link you provided. Thanks again! :)

The address bar is your browser display the blog address ie. the blog URL and not your email address.
If you want to change the blog address ie. the URL starting with http:// then you must be logged in as Admin under the exact same username account that registered the blog to do that by using this guide http://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/
Proceed with caution reading carefully each and every step before taking it.
