  I’m new on WordPress and wondering how i get the latest post on the highest position on my blog.

  You currently have “Wake Up” stuck to the front page. You will need to “un-stick” the post in order for the standard ordering to continue. As long as its a sticky post, it will remain at the top of your blog.
