Newest post showing no views today?

  I have had 25 visitors to my blog since my last post but apparently none of them have visited my newest post…am I missing something here?!?

  If your latest post is on the main blog page in its entirety, then when people go to your blog (via a bookmark or typing your blog URL into the address bar), they don’t have to click on anything to get to the rest of it, which means there will be less hits on that post. If they come to it from a search engine, then it will get a hit since the search engine will send them to the post permalink page.

  That makes sense but I wonder why of the older posts are getting hits then?
