Newly added pages won't display (error 404)

Hi, I’m new here and a thickie!
I have a start (home) page which displays as I expected. I added a few new pages but can’t see any of them when I try to review them but get the error 404 message. Help please!The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I checked http://www.bristolbusinessphotography.com/ and I found that site is setup using WordPress software, but it is not hosted here at WordPress.com. See http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ to learn about the differences.
It looks to me like you may have setup permalinks incorrectly or something is not right with your web server setup. I would recommend contacting your web hosting directly to see if they might be able to help you figure out what’s going wrong with your server setup to cause the problem. It would help them to know what version of WordPress you are running and whether you have recently installed any plugins or made any settings changes to your server or to the WordPress install. You may also post at http://wordpress.org/support/ with more details since that is a volunteer-based forum is specifically setup to work with self-hosted WordPress.org issues.

I just had the following conversation with my web host (Fatcow) . I can’t help feeling they were being evasive about why the problem happened initially. Am I being duped into using their hosting services for support which is only needed because of their actions?

The URLs (the links newly added by me) when I click at open post mode, don’t work,why?
