Newly created page not showing in contents bar

  I created a new Page and published it, but when I view page, it isn’t showing up on my contents bar, like the other ones I created before.

  I’m using Mystique theme.

  Hi there,

  Is it the “Editing” page? If so, it’s not showing up yet because it is currently unpublished (draft). See https://elizagreenbooks.wordpress.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=page

  Once you publish it, it should show up just fine.

  Hi,
  No, its the Writing Tips one. I set up the Editing one to nest under that page.
  I published the first one, but it hasn’t shown up on the bar like the other pages I created.

  Ah, I see.

  With your current settings, you would need to add that page to your custom menu: http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/

  Of if you want to make it easier, you can use the “Automatically add new top-level pages” feature, as illustrated in http://cl.ly/COZ9 , under https://elizagreenbooks.wordpress.com/wp-admin/nav-menus.php
