newly installed theme

    The theme (birch) looks nothing like the sample we purchased, We hate the font, colors, everything…we paid for installation and are so unhappy. How do we resolve this issue? How do we change the font, colors? or, how can we get a refund, so we can purchase a theme that is as advertised?

    Can you send me a link to your site? That theme isn’t available at WordPress.com, so it sounds like you’re using a third-party host.

    If that’s the case, you’ll need to contact your theme’s developer for assistance with this.
