Newly upgraded to premium – how email support?

  Hello, I upgraded to Premium today, but still can’t figure out how to email support. None of the support links that I can find lead to the ability to submit a WP support request via email. Can someone point me in the right direction? Thank you!

  support@wordpress.com
  or
  help@wordpress.com

  but Staff are away and have a considerable backlog of tickets and threads to deal with. They respond to all in order of datestamps with the earliest being serviced first as would be expected.
