  Hi,

  I’m trying to help the owners of newmexicosinusinstitute.com renew their website. They don’t have information regarding it, but they do own the domain and the business.

  How can they go about renewing it?

  I sent an email to support@wordpress.com, but have yet to hear from them.

  They can fax or email credentials, as we just need the website back up.

  We provide support only for free hosted WordPress.COM blogs and you are posting to the wrong support forum. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate, have different log-ins and run different versions of themes with same names.

  However, if the domain URL was purchased here from WordPress.COM then to renew it you must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard. http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/all-about-domains/#what-happens-when-my-domain-expires

  If the domain was not purchased from WordPress.COM and you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.
