  is there a way to track the email for everyone signed up for your blog.

  Hi there,

  You can find all of the information available about your blog’s subscribers from your Stats page. We have more information about that here: My Followers

  If you’d like to set up a separate newsletter for your followers, I recommend creating a sign-up link for the newsletter on your blog. Your followers specifically sign up to receive your blog updates, so if you plan to send out a separate newsletter it’s a good idea to get their permission first.
