News page not showing featured image

  I have used a static front page and put the blog on a News page. The News page is not displaying its featured image.

  More importantly, I have put the News page as the third featured page on the home page and it won’t display a picture. How can I (or can I) fix this?

  The News page is not displaying its featured image.

  When you assign a static page as the posts or blog page, it ceases to be a static page and will not display a featured image, as you can see on your News page: https://judithbunting.co.uk/news/. This behavior is typical of WordPress.com themes, though there might be exceptions. It won’t display if you include the blog page in the featured pages section of the Front Page Template either. I’m not aware of a fix, but it might be possible through CSS customization. You may add a “modlook” tag to the sidebar of this topic to call for staff attention if you’d like to pursue the matter with staff.
