News Scroller like time.com

  I saw this new look of time.com and was if I could do similar thing with one of my projects. I am quite familiar with Infinite Scroll plugin. I wanted a sidebar with titles on the left and an Infinite Scrolling page.
  If anyone could stir me to the right direction that’d be awesome.
