  Is there any way of adding a news ticker to run under the main menu bar on my site?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  thanks for your help but i dont understand the instructions. also, it seems that the instructions refer to having some text run the width of a widget in the sidebar, whereas i would like it to run the entire width of the actual page under the main navigation. any other suggestions would be most welcome :) Thanks
