  Hello
  Sorry for my english…
  1st: I’m looking for a way to send newsletter thich I wrote. And a widget with wich my followers would be able to subscribe for this newsletter.
  2nd: with this idea in my mind, I found some explainations to upload and install Filezilla on my computer. But, for some reasons, I wasn’t successfull. I tried many ftp address and username but Filezilla always answer that it wasn’t able to connect to the server.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  With WordPress.com we do not allow remote access to your account via any FTP program such as Filezilla. If you would like to send out newsletters you have a few options:

  You can have users subscribe to your blog and you can post your newsletter as a blog post. When notifications are sent out to your readers, they will receive the newsletter in their email AND they’ll be able to view it online at any time if they so choose.

  Alternatively, you can send newsletters out yourself or using a service such as MailChimp. This will require you to collect email addresses in some way. We do not have a widget that is designed for this, however you can create a form for this purpose using these instructions: http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact-form/

  Your last option is that you could move your site to a self-hosted WordPress.org site. There are some small but important differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org which we talk about right here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ . If you really would like to have access to your account via FTP and would like to use plugins, etc, then WordPress.org may be right for you!
