Newsletter Error

  I have the newsletter widget installed on my site. When a user enters in an email address, an ‘Error:’ displays and the email inputted is not captured in my email list. This used to be working and now it is not. I confirmed the API Key and Unique ID key is correct. Please help!

  Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider. We cannot help with this in the WordPress.com forums.

  Please contact support directly for the specific newsletter plugin you’re using on your site.
