NEWSLETTER FAILURE

  I sent a newsletter out to my readers when I first completed my site. It went out successfully.
  I tried it again on May 11, 2020, but got the following message from WordPress:
  Subscribe list has been successfully delivered!
  Your mail list Subscribe delivered successfully! 0 of the 72 emails succeeded, 72 failed. For more details, please download log file inside the plugin. This email was generated via Popup Builder plugin.

  IN THE MEANTIME, NO NEWSLETTER HAS BEEN ABLE TO BE GENERATED SINCE MY FIRST ATTEMPT. please help me
