  Hi.
  a) Only the Business Plan has the possibility to add Google Analytics as an additional plugin. Otherwise we cannot add to the plugins that are already built in to the WordPressdotcom platform. You can read more about that here:

  b) You can set up email subscriptions here > Appearance > Widgets > Follow Blog Widgets by using this guide > http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/follow-blog-widget/
  or the subscription shortcode

  c) You can use the Mailchimp widget
