  I’d like to know if it’s possible to add a newsletter plug in for the subscribers receive whenever I publish at the site.

  Hi there,

  Only WordPress.com sites with the Business Plan can install additional plugins. However, there is an option to create a subscribe form which can achieve what you’re intending to do: https://en.support.wordpress.com/blog-subscription-shortcode/
