  I want a newsletter plugin that works across multiple blogs, so I can contact subscribers across all the blogs that roll up to my primary URL regardless of where they initially subscribed.

  Is such a solution available?

  If you do a simple forum search you’ll see that plugins are not available here. What you can do is use a Contact Form as described in the support documents, and those all go to the email address associated with that particular blog. Just make sure they’re all the same.
