Newsletter plugin/widget with WordPress.com

  Hi there!

  My name is Marisol and linked my current domain to a wordpress.com plan. Now I want to set up a newsletter plugin or widget in order to get email subscriptions but can’t find a plugin to do that. Two questions:

  1. Are there any newsletter subscription plugins for WordPress.com?
  2. Is it necessary to change from WordPress.com to WordPress.org? How do I do it? In that case, how do I transfer the domain?
