Newsletter Signup form on blog posts doesn’t work & can’t be deleted

    At the bottom of all of the blog posts on my company’s website, there is a newsletter sign-up form that does not work. When I went to edit or delete it, the form didn’t seem to exist as a widget or a plug-in. It also isn’t a part of the website’s theme. Not sure how it got there in the first place.

    How can I delete or edit this form???
