Newsletter Subscribers

    Hey guys,

    I recently switched hosts from WordPress to Wix… However, I complete forgot about migrating newsletter subscribers from my old site to my new site. I was wondering how I might be able to access and download the subscriber data? My hosting just expired for WordPress. I cancelled my auto-renew service via GoDaddy. Please tell me it’s not too late to retrieve/recover that data. Thank you!

    Hello,

    since you were using the self-hosted version of WordPress, you will need to contact your previous hosting provider regarding this issue, which in your case is GoDaddy.
    If you used third-party service, such as MailChimp to collect your subscribers, you will be able to login to your third-party service and export the subscribers without any issue.
