Newsletter subscribers not working

Just getting the blog up and running. My wife subscribed via email and is getting notices when new posts are made. My kids have tried to subscribe – and even though I get an email alerting me to a new subscriber – I DO NOT see them in the email followers stats. Why is this not working? Is it some setting I change inadvertently? Any help is appreciated. Thank you – Chip @ http://www.theparenthoodadventures.com

It looks like you may be using the WPForms plugin for the Newsletter signup, so you could also try contacting the plugin authors for advice.
