Newsletters and WordPress Headers

I’m looking to make better use of the Newsletter feature now that the genre of the newsletter is a “thing” again. I’ve been on WordPress for over a decade and am aware that there’s a newsletter feature that sends posts to subscribers. And I’ve seen this helpful wordpress.com page on modifying content for newsletters.

Is there a way to enhance the Newsletter feature to include the site header and other branding elements? I’d like my subscribers to see my header, the intro to a post, the post, and, of course, links that drive to the site. It seems like there’s got to be a way to do this (e.g. html to customize the email, css to customize the post). It’d be great if there was a Gutenberg/block-able way to do this, but I get that may not be the case at this point.

    Thanks in advance!
