  Hello, I saw this nice wordpress theme “https://themeforest.net/item/newspaper/5489609”
  Which I want to purchase but am confused if it can be uploaded to my site. Can someone please tell me if it will be good for wordpress.com please. Am new to wordpress

  You would not be able to use this theme here on WordPress.com.

  You are not able to install new themes (or plugins) using the hosted version of WordPress that is supported here; that is only available on self-hosted WordPress.org sites.

  With that being said, there are still hundreds of themes available for you to choose from on WordPress.com:
  https://wordpress.com/themes/

  If you are unable to find one you like and think you want to try a self-hosted site, WordPress.com has created a good guide for this:
  https://move.wordpress.com/

  Here is a list of differences between WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG:

  Thanks very much for the quick feedback.I will try to look for a theme here that may look similar to that one. I will be grateful if you can suggest me some as well. Looking to build news publishing blog with responsive contents. Thanks once again

  I recommend filtering our repository for “Magazine” style themes to give you a selection that was designed with magazine/newspaper publishers in mind:

  https://wordpress.com/themes/filter/magazine/

  Gazette, Rowling, and Twenty Fourteen are popular and seem to match up to your requirements.
