Next and Prev links for posts disappear when a page is deleted
-
I have trouble with disappearing links. I deleted a page, and when I went to the previous page, the next link disappeared.

I deleted my cache and WP trash, but problems persists.
Can anyone help me?

Hi, I see the Previous and Next post links on the Royal Party’s post right below the title at the top. I checked in Chrome, Safari and Firefox. Are you seeing them now?
-
yes. Is there a delay or something. I wonder how these links are generated. I have tried everything when this occurs, even going to the individual pages and updating them, but it does not work. Sometimes, it takes a couple of days.
Anyways, thanks for checking.

No, no delay for me. If it is happening in Safari, try rebooting it. I’ve noticed that the latest version of Safari seems to display pages, but hangs a bit and doesn’t actually release completely (refresh symbol in address bar remains an “X”).

I don’t mean a delay as in refresh, or when the page loads… I meant delay as hours, days, and doing everything I can to figure out why.

Can you try two things for me and let me know? If Safari starts to do what I describe, it will keep doing it until I reboot it.
1. Clear your browser history.
2. Reboot Safari.Let me know if that improves the issue. Again, I’m not seeing that in Safari, Chrome or Firefox on my Mac, so I’m thinking it might be that your Safari is cranky.

On both, they are really the only two browsers I work with on a daily basis. If the issue ends up correcting itself in time, then it really isnt a problem, and right now the problem on the page above is fixed. So I am not going to worry about anymore. I will let you know if it happens again.
