NGNIX/1.23.2 Error Bad Gateway

    I am receiving a 502 bad gateway error with ngnix/1.23.2. This seems to happen randomly when accessing my wordpress products on my website. Does anyone know what causes this error? Have you had this before and how did you resolve?
