NGO needs a little help

hi
i have setup google apps and using gmail to offer some users their custom domain name for mailboxes. all was going well until they decided to build a website on wordpress and didn’t tell me.they would like to transfer their wordpress domain to that of their webmail domain.
I have read up a little but I have zero knowledge on wordpress and I am concerned with the line ‘ your email will stop working’..
can anyone help me with this issues?

I have it working now.do you have advice on how I can add a google translate widget to the site? I cannot find the relevant plug-in anywhere on my admin console

We do not have FTP access and we bloggers cannot install any plugins, we cannot use Microsoft or Google translation widgets or any others, as they are JavaScript and it’s stripped out to preserve security on this multiuser blogging platform. http://en.support.wordpress.com/code/
