  How do I set up to receive imports from Nike Run?

  The sources of imports that can be uploaded into a WordPress.COM hosted blog are found here https://en.support.wordpress.com/import/ What’s key is that you need an XML export file of the content you want to import.

  Have you purchase an annually renewable Business bundle of upgrades? Business bundle details http://store.wordpress.com/plans/business/ Note that each upgrade bundle applies to a single blog only and is for a single year only when it is due to be renewed.

  If, not then you need to know you cannot set up an online store to market products you do not personally make or services you do not personally provide.

  Aside from the plugins I linked to for eCommerce blogs hosted by WordPress.COM with the Business upgrade only, there is no FTP access and no blogger installed plugin capability on any free hosted WordPress.COM blogs, and there is no upgrade you can purchase here that changes that reality.
