  Hi, my personal website nikogoettsche.com went down due to non updated mapping. Namecheap is just hosting it and cannot help with this issue

  Hi there, it looks like it expired a while ago. Can you log out of this account and log into the other account? You should be able to use the email address that gets renewal reminders and what not, but if needed, here’s how to regain access:

  Then, you’ll actually need to go ahead and a buy a paid plan for the site, since we no longer have any way to map a primary domain without it. After that, mapping will be included and you’ll be able to add the domain:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/
