Ninja form – reservation redirect URL

    Hello, I need the Ninja form to return a URL upon submit in the following format:

    http://www.example.com/?date_in=2018-11-11&date_out=2018-11-12

    where the parameters after the question mark are the reservation dates. I have the calendar selection fields in place, right now the form is doing the classical submission in the text format, all I need is the above mentioned output as a redirect upon clicking on the “submit” button.
