Ninja forms

I’d been using ninja forms on my website, but it’s missing now and customers can no longer contact me through my website. I attempted to reinstall it, but the error message indicated that the folder already exists. Next, I looked for ninja forms under ‘inactive widgets’, but it was not shown there either. Please let me know how I can get this form back on my webpage.

Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
