I’m pretty disappointed that I can’t refund my annual personal plan. You guys keep bragging that we’re free to get a refund yet I don’t have that option? It hasn’t even been close to 14 days since I’ve bought the plan and I see no refund option. The only thing I’ve used the plan for was use my own domain from a third-party provider and deploy a template website there. Would appreciate if I could get the refund…

All refunds are being issued automatically upon canceling the purchase, if the purchases are within the refund periods:
