No ability to edit images

    Hello, I am using Anenome and have also attempted this in a default theme, but when I click on the image and go to the edit image page there is no edit image button or other buttons, and so I can not crop, rotate, etc. or change the the focal point of a featured image.

    To date I have:

    1. checked that firefox was up to date (it was)
    2. cleared cookies and cache
    3. started firefox in safe-mode with all extensions disabled
    4. attempted the process with google chrome
    5. tried chrome again with the incognito flag set to disable all extensions

    None of these has worked.
