no abuse mail contact !

  I receive this morning a mail that seem send by my net provider.
  But link is to a site in wordpress.com

  How can I declare this abuse ?

  What does the content of the mail say? Please be specific. To report a site hosted on WordPress.com, use the contact form at https://wordpress.com/abuse/

  ok thanks for your help, I think that a link above the homepage as ” abuse or contact” could be place.
  May-be I don’t see it …
