No acceptable response in forum, Now What?

    I posted a question in the forum and got one response which didn’t answer my question. What do I do now to get an answer?

    If nobody answers your question, it is not because volunteers can’t find it. It is because nobody has a solution for you. I saw your request. As far as I know it can’t be done. So I didn’t answer.

    I understand but is there no way to contact WordPress support staff vs members? If it cannot be done is there any way to put in a request for a new feature?

    You can put requests for new features in the Ideas forum.

    There’s no way for people with no paid upgrades to contact staff directly. In this case, staff would have said the same as I did anyway. Staff are currently only offering individual support via the Help button to people with paid upgrades.

    Thanks for the info, good to know. Not an especially user-friendly approach but I suppose I can understand their position. I appreciate your trying to help.
