  Hello. I want to reset my site but I can not access the admin page any more !
  Please, help me and sorry for my english :-)

  I see you’ve started the process to transfer the domain, plexusfaik.com, to us. But the website on that domain at the moment is hosted at OVH.com, so we have no control over it.

  If you’re trying to access the admin dashboard for that site, you need to log in using the admin user credentials that are specific to that site. Your WordPress.com account details won’t work to log in there. If you need help resetting those, please contact support at OVH directly for help.

  We can only help with the WordPress.com site you’re moving the domain to, plexusfaikdotcom.wordpress.com.

  Hello,

  Yes, I am doing a transfert and I will use “plexusfaik.com” instead of “plexusfaik.com.wordpress.com” when the transfert will be down (use the domain name I already owned).

  I think I just have to wait. It can take till 10 days 😳😊
