No access

    Hi, we have an wp-admin login but cannot reach our website for changes.

    @screenteam Hi there,

    Thanks for providing your site URL. I am afraid it is not hosted with WordPress.com -we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.

    If you don’t remember your site login information, you should reach out to your host for help with this. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and are the best ones to help you with this problem.

    Do you know where your site is hosted at the moment?
