No access in my account and refund

    Good morning

    I am tired of contacting you by any means possible, so I had to recreate an account with you.

    My name is Idalberta Clarisse ****** *****, I have website with you under the domain name: idalberta-clarisse.com

    For 8 months I have not had access to it although I receive your notifications with the email: (email visible only to moderators and staff)
    But when I try to login it puts me ‘unknown user or invalid email’.

    I figured I was going to wait for my subscription to expire. Soon September and I get an email saying that my subscription will expire soon with a link to do it manually according to the chosen configurations or you will do it automatically according to my choices again.

    Now, between Sunday and Monday I was charged 48 chf (Swiss franc) by ‘WORDPRESS… DUB IRL’ with a phone number ‘+353877283855’. And even today, August 12, 2020 I was charged at 18 chf ‘WORDPRESS… DUBLIN IRL’. I’m really sick of you.

    I ask for a refund and the closure of all my accounts with you, this one and Idalberta-clarisse.com that I have not been able to access for 8 months !.

    I don’t want this story to go too far so please do your work for once. I don’t want anything to do with you after this.

    Your site is connected to another account of yours iclarissee. As you have a paid plan you are entitled to live chat and email support for that account.
    As you have a paid plan you can very easily restore access to your account at https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/

    The reason you cannot log in to your WordPress.com account with your Hotmail email is because that is not the email associated with your account. If you do not remember the email, please fill out our account recovery form, we’ll see what we can do to assist you in regaining access to your account.

    You can use the transaction ID on your bank statement from when you purchase the upgrade to submit the account recovery form.
