No access r email for confirmation

  Hi,

  I want to delete my WordPress.com account which I know is not possible. I have changed the user details etc but when I changed the email address, I used one I do not have access to (I made one up). I didn’t realise I would be asked to confirm the email change with a link.

  The email address I used does not even exist as far as I am aware. I cannot change the email address again now because the system is waiting for me to confirm my initial change. Which I cannot confirm as the email doesn’t exist. I want to remove my original email form the account so I can use it again in a few months time to sign up for a new WordPress.com account.

  Does the confirmation link laps after a few days/weeks/months so I can try again with my original email address?
