No access to account because Lost Password Emails aren´t send
-
Dear users,
I am not sure if anybody can help me with this, but I try asking the question anyway as I can´t see any possiblity to contact WordPress. If anyone knows a place to send my question to, I appreciate your suggestions.
The problem is about another account with wordpress I started nine years ago. I didn´t use the blog and account for about eight years now, but wanted to get access to my blog again. As I could not remember the password, I filled out the Lost Password Form with the e-mail address of the other account, but although it says I got send an e-mail, I never get one. I still have the e-mail adress, but the options that WordPress give to reown an account, does not help. I really just need the link or password reset e-mail that WordPress tell they would send to me, but I never get it (even not in Junk or Spam).
Does anybody know how I can get access to my account again or contact WordPress, so they would asure, that the e-mail is send?
Thank you and kind regards -

Thanks for your help -
Hi,
I am sorry, I talked to my email host again. I had a Junk folder that did not appear in my email account, but a Spam folder that did. The Spam folder was empty, but in the Junk folder there was the email I searched for. My provider had to give me access to that folder, but now I was able to get ahold of my account again.
Thank you very much! -
I tried to mark this topic as solved, but did not know who to do so. Could you mark it as solved or let me know how to do that?
